1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Revamp Support’s website, landing pages, funnels, forms, consultations, memberships, communications, and services.
By using our website, submitting a form, purchasing a service, signing an agreement, or enrolling in a membership, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are acting for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. ABOUT REVAMP SUPPORT
Revamp Support is a virtual-assistance and business-support agency based in the Philippines.
Our services may include:
• Administrative assistance
• Email design and support
• Graphic design
• Website design and updates
• Landing-page and funnel design
• Content creation
• Social media support
• CRM setup and assistance
• Forms, workflows, and basic automation
• Research and data organization
• Other agreed business-support services
Services may change over time. A service is included only when it appears in an accepted proposal, checkout page, membership description, task approval, invoice, or written agreement.
3. QUOTES, PROPOSALS, AND SERVICE AGREEMENTS
The scope, deliverables, estimated schedule, revisions, and pricing for a service may be stated in a proposal, invoice, checkout page, statement of work, membership agreement, or written communication.
Work is not reserved or required to begin until all applicable requirements have been completed, including payment, agreement signature, onboarding, and receipt of necessary information and materials.
If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for the specific service covered by it.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
• Provide complete and accurate information
• Provide timely instructions, materials, feedback, and approvals
• Confirm that you have the right to use all materials supplied to us
• Grant only the access reasonably necessary for approved services
• Maintain backups of important files, websites, accounts, and business data
• Review deliverables before publication or use
• Comply with laws, platform policies, advertising rules, privacy obligations, and industry requirements applicable to your business
• Obtain required permission and consent for information provided to us
• Pay all agreed fees when due
Delays in receiving information, access, feedback, approval, or payment may extend delivery estimates.
5. PROJECT SCOPE AND CHANGE REQUESTS
Services are limited to the approved scope.
Requests outside the approved scope may:
• Require a revised schedule
• Count as an additional task
• Require an additional fee
• Require a separate proposal or agreement
Requests that change the original direction, add new deliverables, or are submitted after approval may be treated as additional work.
6. ESTIMATES AND TURNAROUND TIMES
Any completion date or turnaround period is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Delivery estimates may be affected by:
• Project complexity
• Client response times
• Revision volume
• Team availability
• Third-party platforms
• Technical problems
• Events outside our reasonable control
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.
7. FEES AND PAYMENT
Prices will be stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, checkout page, membership offer, or agreement.
You authorize Revamp Support and its payment provider to charge the payment method submitted for:
• One-time purchases
• Approved additional work
• Recurring memberships or subscriptions
• Applicable charges disclosed at checkout
Payments must be made in the currency stated in the offer. You are responsible for currency-conversion charges, bank charges, and payment-provider fees imposed on your transaction.
We may pause work, access, or membership benefits when a payment is declined, late, disputed, reversed, or incomplete.
8. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation and refund provisions stated in a proposal, checkout page, membership agreement, or service-specific offer apply to that purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
• Completed work is non-refundable
• Fees for a billing period that has already begun are non-refundable, except where required by law
• Deposits or reservation fees may be non-refundable once time or resources have been reserved
• Cancellation does not remove responsibility for approved work or charges already incurred
Approved refunds may be reduced by completed-work charges or non-refundable payment-processing costs where legally permitted.
9. ON-CALL PASS MEMBERSHIP
The On-Call Pass is a recurring monthly business-support membership.
Unless another price is displayed at checkout or agreed in writing, the membership costs $49.99 USD per month.
By enrolling, the member authorizes Revamp Support and its payment processor to charge the payment method submitted at checkout on the enrollment date and automatically during each monthly billing cycle until canceled.
10. ON-CALL PASS INCLUSIONS
The On-Call Pass includes:
• Two to three approved light-to-medium tasks per billing month
• A response within one business day
• An estimated two-to-three-business-day turnaround for most approved tasks
• Up to 20 minutes of consultation per billing month
Approved services may include administrative assistance, email support, graphic design, website and funnel updates, content creation, social media support, CRM assistance, research, and other business-support tasks.
The membership does not provide unlimited services, unlimited revisions, dedicated full-time staffing, or guaranteed acceptance of every request.
11. ON-CALL PASS TASK REQUESTS
All requests must be submitted through the official Task Request Form unless Revamp Support approves another submission method.
Requests are reviewed according to:
• Scope
• Complexity
• Required skills
• Available information
• Team availability
• Membership inclusions
• Requested deadline
• Platform and technical limitations
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, immediate commencement, or a specific completion date.
Larger, urgent, specialized, or complex requests may:
• Count as more than one task
• Require a longer turnaround
• Require additional information
• Require a separate quote
• Be declined when outside the membership scope or current capacity
Separately billed work will not be completed without the client’s approval of the additional scope or charge.
12. ON-CALL PASS BILLING AND CANCELLATION
The On-Call Pass renews automatically every month until canceled.
Members may request cancellation by contacting or following the cancellation instructions included in their membership materials.
Cancellation must be received before the next billing date to prevent the next recurring charge. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Unless otherwise stated in the membership agreement:
• Unused tasks do not have cash value
• Unused tasks DO NOT roll over to the next billing period
• Membership benefits cannot be transferred to another person or business without written approval
Revamp Support may pause or terminate a membership for:
• Failed or disputed payments
• Misuse of membership benefits
• Abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or unsafe requests
• Repeated failure to provide required information
• Material breach of these Terms or the membership agreement
Termination does not remove responsibility for charges incurred before termination.
13. CONSULTATIONS
Consultations are provided for general business-support planning and service coordination.
Unused consultation time has no cash value. Additional time may require a separate appointment or fee.
Information provided during a consultation is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice.
